“You do not lead by hitting people over the head - that’s assault, not leadership.”
~ Dwight Eisenhower
Stephanie and Doron Krinetz launched Graphique Communications Design in 2000. Both worked for large companies and thought they could do better on their own. People often ask how a married couple can work day-in-day out together and not kill each other. They’ve come close, but only because they are two passionate personalities protecting the integrity of each client’s direction. It’s that passion for the answer; for the tailored design solution, that earned Graphique so many awards throughout the past ten years. And we feel like we just started.
Stephanie Krinetz
Principal
Can you spell overachiever? For such a petite and demure woman, Stephanie is the backbone of Graphique. Besides heading up the sales department, Stephanie is in charge of running the day-to-day operations. And still has time to approve client designs, answer client emails, deal with vendors, check in to all her social sites, server on several committees and boards, take care of her two young children and fry it up in a pan! And yes, keep her relationship exciting and new. Did I mention she’s also a Type-1 Diabetic?
Stephanie brings to Graphique a breadth of diverse industry experience in printing, advertising and market research. A Phoenix native, Stephanie worked as an Account Rep for Wallace Integrated Graphics, a leading provider of international print management solutions. With accounts such as National Bank of Arizona, American Bicycle Association and Scottsdale Healthcare, Stephanie was awarded membership to Wallace’s coveted “Million Dollar Club.”
Prior to Wallace, Stephanie gained public relations and agency experience at Cigna Healthcare. While at AdvancePCS, a division of Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, Stephanie worked in the competitive market research and consumer marketing division, developing strategic planning for consumer and B2B divisions.
Her personal credits include the 2009 Scottsdale Airpark News: Generation Next, 20 Young Airpark Leaders and the 2008 Arizona Woman Magazine “Who’s Who in Business – Graphic & Web Design.” She has served as the 2004 and 2005 American Marketing Association’s Spectrum Awards Chair and is currently an Executive Board Member for STARS (Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services).
Stephanie has degrees in Marketing, Communications and Anthropology from Arizona State University.
Doron Krinetz
Principal & Creative Jedi
It's pronounced dûr’ôn, and yes, his parents can’t pronounce his name either. That’s a joke folks.
Over the past 10 years Doron Krinetz has become an expert in results-driven, alternative online marketing strategies. Intrigued by the possibility of using the internet to influence people, website design became his initial passion. Coupled with his marketing background, the natural progression has led to exploiting social media networks on behalf of his clients.
Prior to Graphique, Doron was the Director of Marketing for CDI Technical Services, a large global engineering company. Responsible for re-branding the company to its 36,000 internal customers as well as clients and prospects, Doron implemented national advertising campaigns and assisted in the development of their annual strategic planning. Doron was a freelance graphic designer for several years in both Baltimore and Phoenix markets prior to CDI.
Before delving into the worlds of design, social media and marketing, Doron worked for Radio City Music Hall as the Cast Coordinator of SuperBowl XXX’s Halftime Show. He also co-wrote, cast and produced the screenplay Tribe, a Native-American Broadway-style show that played at theaters across the U.S.
From 2003-2005 Doron served on the Board of the American Marketing Association in Phoenix as VP of Marketing and Communications. As Chairman of the Spectrum Awards, AMA Phoenix’s premiere marketing awards show, Doron helped redefine the organization’s brand identity and target audiences.
In addition to his 'day' job, Doron moonlights as a design professor at the Art Institute of Phoenix one night a week. He has taught a multitude of design and branding subjects including collateral design, corporate identity design, publication design, web studio and project preparation; a portfolio development class.
Doron has a Master of the Arts degree in Communications and Design Theory from the University of Baltimore, Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
